Adopting a service based approach centred on the comfort and safety of the passengers, we offer high quality food that complies with international food standards, as quickly as possible within your limited period of time. We are conscious of the importance of hygiene and customer service. Since BTA was founded we have been continuously developing its standards. Human health and customer satisfaction monitoring is carried out under the supervision of Food Engineers as well as its trained staff. We use "Cook & Chill" technology that allows the cooling of cooked food to microbiologically safe temperatures quickly, and reheat it when required without any loss of its original taste and quality. Certified by ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2001, we have continued 100% food safety and perfect food production dedication by our certification of ISO 22000:2005 an indicator of 100% food safety and flawless food production in the food production sector. In 2007, we have achieved a major accomplishment by winning the International Tourist, Hotel and Food Industry Award, which has 40 candidate country participants and is organised each year by the Trade Leaders’ Club, whose members include the leaders of world tourism sector.
